1. About these terms and the pilot
HELLOSAO is a service for live social conversation and creator interaction at hellosao.com, operated by Forgotten Quarry LLC (the Company, we, us or our). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the service. Contact us at rjohnson@forgottenquarry.com with questions about them.
The pilot includes account registration and review, with live features available only when enabled for eligible test participants. Features may be limited, unavailable or interrupted while they are tested. An account, invitation, successful age check or test enrollment does not guarantee that a room is available or that every feature has launched.
Before creating a viewer or creator account, you must separately acknowledge reviewing these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. We record the document versions and acknowledgment time. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling; acknowledging review is not blanket consent to every type of processing.
Back to top2. Age and geographic eligibility
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher age or verification requirement applicable to your country or U.S. state. People under the applicable age must not create an account, participate in live rooms, appear on camera or use another person’s account. Parental permission does not make an underage person eligible for this adult service.
Viewer account intake is limited to residents of the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. Creator account intake is limited to residents of Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Colombia and Argentina. These are separate participation categories. Inclusion in an intake country does not mean live access is enabled there.
Provide your true residence and any required state information. Registration compares that information with an approximate country and, where applicable, U.S. state derived from your internet connection. A mismatch or unavailable location can prevent registration. Do not falsify your location, use another person’s identity or use a proxy or other method to evade eligibility controls. Contact the team if a location result is incorrect; network location is an estimate.
Eligibility can be reviewed again when requirements change or credible conflicting information is received. A technical ability to reach the website does not establish permission to participate. Public informational pages may remain accessible without an eligible account.
Back to top3. Accounts and security
Use accurate information, a password you do not share, and an email address you control. Confirm your email when requested. You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account and for activity you authorize. Notify the team promptly if you suspect unauthorized access; responsibility for fraud or a security incident will be assessed on the facts and applicable law.
Do not sell, rent, transfer or share access to an account, impersonate another person, or create replacement accounts to evade a restriction. Display names and introductions must not mislead others about your identity, qualifications or relationship with HELLOSAO.
Some details, including participation type and residence, cannot be freely changed because they affect eligibility. Request correction of inaccurate information instead of creating conflicting records or trying to bypass a check. Staff permissions are separate from viewer or creator participation.
Back to top4. Viewer age screening
Viewers must provide a birthdate for a server-side age check before registration. Ineligible registrations are refused. A limited record of an unsuccessful attempt may be used to prevent an immediate retry with a different birthdate.
Where the applicable rule permits it, an eligible viewer is recorded as “Age self-declared.” This is not identity verification. A country or state may require stronger evidence; the relevant live access remains blocked until that requirement is satisfied. Self-declaration never grants broadcasting permission.
Reports of an underage account or conflicting age information can lead to a temporary restriction, stronger verification or rejection. An administrator may remove an age-review hold after review, but removing a hold does not override missing evidence, a rejected decision or an applicable age rule.
Back to top5. Creator invitations, identity and age review
New creators currently need a valid invitation code before creating an account. Invitations can expire, be revoked or be limited to a particular use, email or country. Do not sell codes, publish a code without permission or use a code issued to someone else. Applications and invitations support controlled admission; neither replaces identity and age review.
Before broadcasting, a creator must submit a government-issued photo ID showing a birthdate and a freshly captured selfie through the designated secure process. The selfie must follow the current capture instructions. An authorized administrator reviews age eligibility, readability, expiration, apparent facial match and possible inconsistencies or alteration. Submit only your own authentic documents and images.
The available statuses are Not submitted, Pending review, Resubmission required, External review required, Approved and Rejected. Successful manual review is labeled “Identity and age manually reviewed.” This is a human review of the evidence, not a guarantee of document authenticity, automated liveness certification or an endorsement of a creator.
A reviewer may request replacement images, reject a submission or require outside verification. No external verification provider is connected at present. Escalation records a requirement and keeps access blocked; documents are not automatically sent to a provider. Before any future provider flow, its purpose and data handling must be explained.
Creator admission, current age and identity approval, account eligibility and broadcasting consent are separate requirements. A review can expire or cease to meet current requirements. Payout-provider identity checks, tax information and payout approval will be separate if payouts are introduced. Never send identity documents through chat or ordinary email.
Back to top6. Broadcasting and room access
Starting a broadcast sends the camera and microphone content you enable to authorized room participants through the live-media service. Review your camera, microphone, background and room settings before starting. End the broadcast when you no longer wish to transmit; changing a browser permission may also interrupt the session.
Only the approved creator may use their broadcasting account. Do not include an unverified person as a participating guest. Every on-camera participant must meet the applicable identity, age and consent requirements before being permitted to participate. Do not expose bystanders, children, private conversations or personal documents in your camera or audio feed.
Restricted and private rooms, if enabled, require the appropriate access permission as well as ordinary age and account eligibility. Their restricted audience does not exempt them from content or safety rules. Availability, audience limits, session limits and testing enrollment may further restrict entry.
HELLOSAO currently offers no stream recording, replay, downloadable video, clips or archive. Other participants may nevertheless capture their screens or audio outside the service. Do not assume a live or restricted room makes disclosure of personal information safe.
Back to top7. Content and conduct in every room
HELLOSAO is an adult, nonsexual social service. Nonsexual mature conversation is permitted within the following rules. The rules apply to public, private, invitation-only and any future paid rooms, as well as profiles, chat, invitations and support interactions.
- No pornography, sexual acts, sexualized nudity, sexual services, or requests or offers for prohibited sexual content. Gifts or payment do not create an exception.
- No sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, coercion, abuse, or sexual content involving minors. Do not upload, reproduce or distribute suspected child sexual abuse material, including as a report attachment.
- No threats, stalking, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, blackmail, doxxing, nonconsensual intimate content or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
- No fraud, impersonation, deceptive solicitation, illegal goods or services, gambling schemes, money laundering, or manipulation of gifts, balances or engagement.
- No content you lack permission to share, including unauthorized music, films, broadcasts, private communications or another person’s image or voice.
- No malware, credential theft, attacks, unauthorized access, circumvention of age or room controls, collection of private user data, or automation that disrupts the service.
- Do not record, redistribute or commercially reuse another participant’s content without the required permission and legal basis. This does not prevent a lawful report or the exercise of a legal right.
8. Activity tracking, safety monitoring and appeals
HELLOSAO logs account and room activity for service operation, security and safety review. Records can include account and consent events, room connections, chat metadata, gifts, blocks, removals, complaints and administrative decisions. Automated access checks and authorized human review may use these records to detect or investigate abuse and enforce the rules. The Privacy Policy describes the information involved and how long it is retained.
Use the available room report or age-concern report to identify an account or event and explain what happened. Supply enough context to locate the incident, but do not include unnecessary birthdates, ID numbers or sensitive images. A report is an allegation, not a finding. Deliberately false or abusive reports can themselves be reviewed.
Creators may remove participants or messages using available room controls. Authorized staff may restrict an account, remove content, stop a broadcast or revoke room access to address safety concerns, suspected ineligibility, abuse, legal obligations or a serious security risk. An urgent protective measure may precede a full review.
Authorized safety review may include access to restricted rooms without an ordinary participant arrival announcement where that capability is available. Such access must be limited to an authorized purpose and audited. The current pilot does not promise continuous human monitoring or an immediate response to every report.
When appropriate and legally permitted, the affected person should receive the reason for a restriction and a way to provide relevant information or seek review. You may dispute an account decision by emailing rjohnson@forgottenquarry.com with your account identifier and relevant context. Decisions will consider the available evidence, severity, repetition, safety needs and applicable law; statutory complaint and appeal rights remain available.
HELLOSAO is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone faces an immediate threat. Reports and evidence may be preserved or disclosed where legally required or necessary to address a serious safety concern, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Back to top9. Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in your original content. You must have the permissions needed to share it, including rights relating to music, images, trademarks and people who appear or can be heard. HELLOSAO’s branding and software remain protected by their respective owners’ rights.
For content you choose to transmit or post, you grant HELLOSAO a nonexclusive permission limited to hosting, transmitting, formatting, displaying and moderating it as needed to operate the feature you use. Necessary infrastructure providers may process it for that purpose. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising, endorsement or AI training.
That operational permission ends when the content is no longer needed for the feature, subject to limited retention for security, complaints, legal obligations or disputes described in the Privacy Policy. Removing content cannot recall copies lawfully or independently received by others. These terms do not grant commercial use of a creator’s likeness outside the service.
Back to top10. Copyright and other rights complaints
If content infringes your rights, contact rjohnson@forgottenquarry.com. Identify the protected work or right, the room, account, URL and time needed to locate the material, and a reliable way to contact you. Explain your authority to complain and the basis for the claim. Use a lawful reporting route and provide accurate information. This is a general rights-complaint contact, not a claim that a U.S. DMCA agent has been registered.
HELLOSAO may disable access to reported material while assessing a substantiated claim and may restrict repeat infringement. Where applicable, the person affected may have notice, response or counter-notice rights. A report does not determine ownership or replace a court’s decision.
The support contact is available for rights complaints. A registered U.S. DMCA agent has not yet been designated; this page does not identify the support inbox or the company’s registered agent as a registered copyright agent. Applicable statutory notice, response and legal rights remain available.
Back to top11. Test tokens and voluntary gifts
The current pilot uses free test tokens and simulated gifting. These tokens have no cash value, cannot be purchased or redeemed, do not earn interest, and are not wages, deposits, property held for you or a promise of future payment. Test balances and records may be corrected or reset as part of testing. No commercial revenue share has been established.
A gift is voluntary appreciation. It does not buy consent, control over a creator, a personal relationship, prohibited content, a guaranteed reply or an off-platform service. Creators may decline a request or end a conversation while following the site’s rules.
Do not sell test balances, arrange off-platform settlement for them or present a test earnings display as money owed. Report an apparent duplicate or incorrect transaction through support; the recorded transaction history will be used to investigate it.
Back to top12. Purchases, refunds and creator payouts
Real-money purchases and payouts are not enabled under this pilot. These terms do not authorize a charge, subscription, payout or exchange of test tokens for money.
Before a paid feature is introduced, separate commercial terms must disclose the seller, currency, total price and taxes, what is purchased, any expiry or transfer limits, recurring billing if any, cancellation and refund rights, complaint handling and the payment provider. Any consent needed for immediate supply of digital content must be obtained at the appropriate time.
Before creator payouts are introduced, creators must receive the applicable revenue share, fees, payout timing, thresholds, reserves, reversals, chargeback treatment, tax responsibilities and verification requirements. No payment processor or payout provider has been selected by this document. Mandatory consumer rights and legally required refunds cannot be waived by a gift label or a “no refunds” statement.
Back to top13. Service availability and third parties
Live connections can fail or be delayed because of network conditions, equipment, maintenance, safety controls or provider issues. We cannot promise an uninterrupted stream or a particular audience. Important communications should not rely solely on a live session or short-lived chat.
Any translation currently shown in the test flow uses limited phrase examples and may be unavailable or inaccurate. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, safety or financial decisions. A future translation provider would require updated disclosures before sending content to it.
Other participants speak for themselves. HELLOSAO does not endorse their claims, services or external links merely by hosting a conversation. Separate third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices; HELLOSAO remains responsible for its own obligations.
Back to top14. Restrictions and closing an account
You may stop using the service and request account closure at rjohnson@forgottenquarry.com. Self-service account deletion is not currently available. Closure requests require a proportionate identity check and an assessment of records that must be retained for a valid legal or safety reason.
HELLOSAO may limit or end access for a material rule violation, ineligibility, misuse, a legal requirement or the end of the pilot. Where practicable, notice and a reason should be given, subject to urgent safety needs and legal restrictions. Restrictions should be proportionate to the reason for them.
Ending access does not erase a valid outstanding complaint or legal obligation. Content and personal information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. It does not turn test credits into a cash entitlement.
Back to top15. Responsibility and consumer protections
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law. You should take reasonable precautions about what you share, who you interact with and how you secure your account. These precautions do not excuse HELLOSAO from its own duties.
Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights or excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not require a blanket release of claims, mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a fixed liability cap.
Responsibility for a particular issue depends on the actual services supplied, each party’s conduct and applicable law. Contact us so that a problem can be investigated and an appropriate remedy considered.
Back to top16. Questions, disputes and applicable law
Contact Forgotten Quarry LLC at rjohnson@forgottenquarry.com, or at the mailing address in section 18, with the account identifier, relevant date and a concise explanation of a problem so it can be investigated. Do not send identity documents or payment credentials in an ordinary email.
Forgotten Quarry LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms are governed by Wyoming law and applicable U.S. federal law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply where you habitually live. You may use courts, regulators and complaint routes available under applicable law. These terms do not impose an exclusive Wyoming court, mandatory arbitration or a waiver of collective remedies.
Back to top17. Changes and additional feature terms
The version and effective date appear on this page. We will explain material changes with reasonable notice before they take effect, except where an urgent legal or security change is needed. Where fresh acceptance is required, we will request it rather than infer it from a past account notice.
Feature-specific terms may be presented before an optional feature is used. They should identify their scope and explain any conflict with general terms. Invalidity of one provision does not remove other lawful provisions, and delay in enforcing a rule does not by itself waive it.
The Terms and Privacy Policy review acknowledgments, account-requirements notice, creator submission notice and broadcasting consent are separate records. One does not complete or override the others, and acknowledgments are not added retrospectively to existing accounts.
